The only thing Lincoln has an advantage is in 5 more shots and the fact it can be repaired with the common hunting rifle while the BR uses the more rare lever action. But this is made up in the fact that the Lincoln fires a hard to find .44 while the BR fires a the common 10

It has a 5x critical multiplier, so if your Luck is high enough and you have the Better Criticals perk it’s stronger than Lincoln’s Repeater (in V.A.T.S.); though I do like the Lincoln’s Repeater better just because it has a 0.0 spread, so it has superior accuracy if you’re in V.A.T.S. or not.
