Does any one know how to bus a house with no more monthly payments, like perhaps I buy a 300,000 and the house itself is for closure my friend told me that you can buy a house with no more monthly payments he doesn't know either?

The simple answer is that if you don’t want to make monthly mortgage payments, you can pay for the entire purchase in cash.

I know the answer to this one. Pay cash for it! That way, you own the house, and there are no monthly payments! Easy, isn't it?
