So here is the much anticipated tour of my Japanese house. It sure provides me much more space than when I was living in an apartment near Tokyo! The rent is made cheaper by the board of education I work for, so that is why it hardly costs anything to really live here. Anyways, I give the run down of all the different rooms and features of my house, as well as talk about how my job is doing and how I am doing in my personal life. Viewers who were intrigued by certain inside jokes from previous episodes will now understand who the jokes were directed to. Thank you for watching and I hope you guys enjoy this tour of my house! Also, Keterol provided an amazing track of music for this episode. Seriously, the soundtrack for this season has been even better than the Tokyo Swan shows!

Music in this episode:
Iwate Swan Theme: Keterol
House Tour Swan: Keterol

Duration : 0:9:8

Just lucky. I guess you do not have back issues when you sleep, wake up etc… Where was your Sega Saturn or Dreamcast and stuff at?

  2. rodgerswan Says:

    it should be higher …
it should be higher, but the board of education i work for is able to help pay for it… so i only end up paying 120-150 a month for a rent. Not sure how much it would be without them.

  3. rodgerswan Says:

    yup, I have no …
yup, I have no parental help here. I am living completely indepndently off the money I am making at my job and saving myself.

Hey I am one of your subscribers, and I was just wondering, are you living over there completely independent of any families money, because that would be motivating, since I am currently trying to get into Temple University japan, and work over there, but it seems that most people have parental help, which I don’t have, I am just trying to get loans. I would be so happy if I could hear a success story of someone who made it to japan completely independent of family money.

    hmm, while I think …
hmm, while I think the point you raise about most of the vloggers being teachers is very true, I’m not sure I agree with the notion that most of us over here are spoiled rich kids who party. At least, I know I personally don’t fall under either category. Maybe a lot of other vloggers do though, I don’t really know being so far removed up here haha. Just my 2 swan cents haha.

  13. hmjgriffon Says:

    Just for all the …
Just for all the people who watch these types of videos, the reason why almost every tokyo vlogger is a teacher is because thats about the only job your gonna get in tokyo if you don’t speak japanese. My friend is there right now and yeah, he went to a youtube vlogger event and said it was a real eye opener, that most of them are spoiled kids whos parents paid for a bachelors degree they will never use and all they do is party over there.
