This is a favorite song of mine. I have always loved it. I dont think though, that anyone has ever sang it like Michael English. He is still King when it comes to this song. If you have never heard him sing it, go look it up!

We moved to Charleston from Myrtle Beach back in September. I lost my bathroom with all the marble and great acoustics. I cant find a room in my new house that records as well as my bathroom/closet did. I miss my house so bad! Thats why I have not been recording as much. Well, that and the fact that my voice has weakened a great deal in my 30s. I need some recording equipment, but I am not sure what I need. Where are my electronic geek fans? Tell me what I can buy that I can hook right up to my computer and sing in to. Lord, you may have to fly into Charleston and hook it all up for me as well. I am illiterate when it comes to that stuff!

Anyways, if you are in the Charleston area in January please come see me at the Footlight Players. I am starring in Autobahn by Neil Labute. I am so excited. I have been in musicals for the past 6 years. It is so much fun to do just straight acting for a change. Singing is what I do, it just comes out with little to no effort. Acting is my mistress..its a challenge, something I have to work for. So, I would love it if you could see me do it on the stage. Come see me if you can!

How do you go about buying foreclosed homes?

Most of the time a forclosed home is because of non payment of Taxes or non payment of mortgage. Try going to your bank, they have homes that they have repossed, county or cloest court house . I say county because all of your business can be done in the same building. There is also a website that list homes that are about ready to be foreclosed on. I have seen these situations work out really well depending on what the seller wants.

Home Seller's Disclosure Form- How to Word it?

I want to sell the house that I inherited last year. I know I need to fill out the disclosure form. One of the questions asked is how long you have lived in the house? Although I have lived in the house practically all my life, 35 years), I only began owning it last year, and had nothing to do with the maintence of the home except a couple of things I helped to get done, like the new furnace.

Otherwise, I am not familair will all the history of the house, mostly what I have personally have had a hand with helping to get fixed. SOme things do need fixing that I know of, and I have no problem disclosing things I know about.

How should I answer the question, and since house is inherited, should I just sell it as is? What about using one of those We Buy Ugly Houses people? Thanks!

I saw an infomercial that said that some people has bought houses as little as 300 dollars.

A house that is in foreclosure for non payment of property taxes almost always has a mortgage lien, and that goes with the property. The houses are auctioned off. This infomercial sounds more of a get rich, easy money promise.

I am former Recorder of Deeds, so I am quite familiar with the process.
