It can be installed …
It can be installed either way — there is a grille below the PSU mount that allows the fan to pull air from beneath the case.

Sure. HAF’s have good airflow, though you might want to get a different cooler. I reccomend a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

Motherboard standoffs are not copper, they are brass! Copper is a conductor!
