I invest in real estate. I believe the media spins numbers to make us think the housing market bubble has busted. Its like they are really hoping that it does. It just floors me how the media reacts to one slow month of sales. The interest rates are still low. If you're interested in buying a home don't be afraid. There are a lot of mortgage payment options out there.
