Creating a house on The Sims 3 using buy and build modes.
The quality is obviously better in-game, and anytime the video seems to pause, that’s not the game being slow, that’s just fraps, which I used to record this. I couldn’t record the audio, so I’vbe put some songs in instead.

is yur hardrive …
is yur hardrive 5400 or 7200 rpm.
Yur video card isn’t a T&L Vid card either it depends I wouldn’t count on it working with out upgrading it to 8 gigs og RAM and 250 2.0 duo core would probably equal a 2.7 Ghz clock speed
With major problems and video glitches it would hardly work and it would take days to save your game

Having over the …
Having over the amount of RAM required won’t determine whether you can play or not. The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator is one of the worst possible solutions for integrated graphics out there, and even then the sims 3 requires a discrete graphics card to play properly. So in conclusion; no. You won’t be able to play the Sims 3 without major issues, sorry.
