I have a house in North Carolina that I need to sell ASAP. I have moved out and all rooms are empty. Are there any REAL company’s that will actually buy your house? I need some public advice here. The house has been up on the market for almost a year now!!!

Landlord is right, any of the "we buy houses" type companies will pay you about half of the real market value of the house. That is how they make their money. If you have been on the market that long, the price is too high. Reduce and see if you get some response.
