I still believe the increase in the price of silver will be connected to people buying silver as an alternative to gold to preserve their wealth. As fiat currencies fall, people will rush in to the ‘poor man’s’ gold (silver) when the price of gold seems ‘too high’ or out of reach. $25 an ounce silver will be a bargain. Things have slowed down considerably in China- they’re not immune to the global slowdown.
