Oh no! Are you talking about those signs you see in your town that say "We buy homes for Cash & close in 7 days" or something like that?
If so, they are not as Golden as they appear to be. You would be better off just putting your home up for sale through Real Estate agent , through the MLS on the open market.
These "we buy houses" people are investors who are looking for people in Crisis/Emergency situations. They are only looking for people who are willing to sell their homes for 20-30% under market value.
Yes they will give you an all cash sale & close in 1 week, but you will seriously get ripped off.
Find a good EXPERIENCED agent who will price your home competitively to sell, but still try to get you every penny you deserve!

I’m not sure how you can get in touch with them, but be very careful about it. I heard they don’t offer very much. I am an agent, so If you want to contact me I can get you in touch with a realtor who can look out for your needs. Even if don’t contact me make sure you check with a real estate professional first.
