They prefer owners that have equity in there some still and are in financial trouble because they won&#39;t need bank approval.  Right now with the market being the way it is, they are going after a lot of short sales (foreclosure type) properties which would require bank approval to sell the home to them.  All I know for sure if that you&#39;re NEVER getting deal if they buy your house; it&#39;s always under valued.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
