They are reliable. They screw you, but they are honest about it.
They will pay you 60% of the appraised value of your house, in cash. They can close in a week. If you do not have enough equity to sell it that low you can not utilize their "service".

I am familiar with them. They are basically a franchise for real estate investors. They will offer you a low price or some sort of terms to purchase your home.

They are a franchised group of real estate investors. They buy low; fix the properties up and sell high.
If you want to sell your house fast; or just want to see how much you can get, it won't hurt to call. You don't have to sell to them, but the offer is for free.
