Okay, so we're moving to a house in riverside county, and we only have $200,000 to spend. We sold our house in Long Beach for $415,000, and had to give about half to the bank. Anyways, our realtor has been bringing us to the most ugliest houses I have ever seen, these houses need every single little detail fixed, it will take months to fix them and it will be hell. I looked on socalmls.com, and saw the most gorgeous houses in cities like Riverside and Moreno Valley in my budget, but what i'm wondering is if I can just tell my realtor to take us there and if he can? Also, is there a catch to this? & if my realtor is not authorized to show us these houses, then what would happen if we decided to buy a house with the realtor that is authorized to sell these beautiful properties? Please take a look at some of the houses that I found, thanks!

Your realtor should be able to show you anything.
Buy the house on Acacia. It was the prettiest.
Before I moved to the midwest we owned a house in Moreno Valley, and had sold our house in Long Beach to move there! Why do you want to live all the way out in Riverside county? I hope you aren't going to have to commute to Orange or LA county for work, that will take a huge toll on you! Also, when I lived in Moreno Valley, the area north of the 60 freeway was the area you wanted to buy in.

Your Realtor can show you any home that you want (as long as it is for sale, of course). Remember that they work for you and they should do what you want them to. It sounds like they are trying to get both sides of the deal (introducing their buyers to houses that they represent the buyers). I could be wrong, but you need to speak with your Real Estate Agent about it. They need to get you to see the houses you want to see. Buying a house is important and you need to be in love if you are going to put up that much money!
