It sounds like you may be suffering with Body Dysmorphic Disorder. This is a body image disorder, where you are preoccupied/obsessed with your appearance and may have a distorted image of how you truly look. Your whole life is based around your appearance and it dictates everything you do.

You say you hate yourself because you are ugly and can't leave the house due to how you look, but I think there is something very wrong with your way of thinking. Lots of people may be considered less than attractive, but they still manage to lead perfectly normal lives. Also, you have to realise that just because you consider yourself ugly, other people may find you attractive, because opinions of how you look are always subjective.

I have posted a link to a helpful site below about Body Dysmorphic Disorder. They have a message board there that you can post on and talk to others in a similar position. HTH : )

Develop a GORGEOUS body that women will drool over to compensate for your less-than-gorgeous face.
Do this with strength training and the Zone diet. You can put on muscle quite quickly that way.
For the finishing touch, go tanning; everyone looks better with a healthy-looking tan.
Do these things and you will feel a whole lot better. You have to do something, because you cannot continue to feel as you do!! But come one, are you really UGLY? Post a picture so we can help you further if possible. I wish you the best.

we, all human beings are beautiful and it is in the eyes of the beholder. I think you are depress or should I say " you suffer depression" visit neurotics anonymous it will help accept yourself and love yourself. you need some self steam my dear and you will find it if you visit them.

stop thinking it's all about you, most people aren't even paying attention cuz they are thinking its all about them! Use what God has given you to be the best you can be and share it with others! Stop looking in the mirror and look into your heart - that's where it's at anyway! Happy New Year!

That's terrible. People are going to love you for you, not on how you look. And, if people do judge you, they're not worth your time, and they deserve to see your "ugly face". It's not their place to judge, it's God's. And I really doubt you're as ugly as you think you are.
